Smelling is believing. Google Nose is in Beta mode. Could this be the hottest new product Google has ever launched?
So my Google home page says “New! What’s that smell? Find out with Google Nose“
I decided to go ahead and check it out since i’m very curious in nature. This is just what I do when there is a new product online. When things are new it’s best to be in the forefront especially if it has potential of being huge. This is where you get the advantage of being an early adopter. Being the first means that you have an opportunity to more than others. Nothing like being a part of something since the conception.
So lets check it out.
Visiting the Google Nose Home Page you get this description
The new scentsation in search
- Coming to your senses: go beyond type, talk, and touch for a new notation of sensation.
- Your internet sommelier: expertly curated Knowledge Panels pair images, descriptions, and aromas.
- Take a whiff: the Google Aromabase – 15M+ scentibytes.
- Don’t ask, don’t smell: For when you’re wary of your query – SafeSearch included.
Then you get an example here
